Radiologic and MRI technologists typically do the following: Adjust and maintain imaging equipment. Precisely follow orders from physicians on what areas of the body to image. Prepare patients for procedures, including taking a medical history and answering questions about the procedure
Graduate of associates degree in magnetic resonance imaging
State specific; current and unrestricted licensure, if applicable; certification by AART
Minimum of one (1) year MRI Tech experience
Valid and current BLS through the American Heart Association

2 Step TB, TSPOT, Quantiferon Gold (or documentation of 2 TB screenings within current year)
Immunization Records (MMR, HEP B, Tdap, Influenza and Varicella vaccinations or positive titers)
