Requirement

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Masters or higher degree
• Current OT license in good standing with the State licensing board for the state of job assignment
• Minimum of one (1) year OT experience within the setting applying for
• Valid and current BLS through the American Heart Association
