Requirement

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program with a Masters or higher degree
• Current Pharmacy license in good standing with the State licensing board for the state of job assignment
• Minimum of one (1) year Pharmacy experience
• Valid and current BLS through the American Heart Association
