Pharmacist Job Duties: Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities. Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals. Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions
Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program with a Masters or higher degree
Current Pharmacy license in good standing with the State licensing board for the state of job assignment
Minimum of one (1) year Pharmacy experience
Valid and current BLS through the American Heart Association

2 Step TB, TSPOT, Quantiferon Gold (or documentation of 2 TB screenings within current year)
Immunization Records (MMR, HEP B, Tdap, Influenza and Varicella vaccinations or positive titers)
